I focus on clients who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, often feeling as though their reactions are “too much” or that they are misunderstood by those around them. Many of my clients experience emotional regulation difficulties, including symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), anxiety, or depression, which can make it hard for them to feel grounded or in control. They may feel stuck in a cycle of turbulent relationships, self-criticism, or impulsive behaviours that lead to feelings of guilt, shame, or isolation.

My approach is centered around creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore these patterns without fear of judgment. I specialize in working with individuals who feel trapped in these emotional loops and want to break free by developing healthier coping strategies, gaining deeper self-understanding, and building stronger relationships. If you’re looking to feel more emotionally balanced, empowered, and truly understood, I’m here to help guide you through this transformative journey.

I have over a decade of experience providing coaching & counselling for clients and I love seeing their transformation through the use of tools and talk therapy. I draw from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISTT) to help clients gain the skills and resources they need. I offer one-on-one support and Group Therapy. I support clients with borderline personality disorder, emotional regulation, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and communication challenges.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, my areas of focus include:
Emotional Regulation| Behavioural Flexibility | Anxiety issues for young adult and adults | Childhood trauma

If you’re ready to get started, I encourage clients to take advantage of our offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.
